“Healing can be messy, but it’s in feeling the fullness of our pain that we begin to move toward light and balance.”

“It’s inspiring to see people in my stage of life take care of themselves with compassion and courage.”

“Wellbeing is a kind of vibrant aliveness—a peace found in creating and nurturing ourselves.”

Allie joined the practice after moving to the Pacific Northwest in search of balance and a workplace where authenticity and culture align. She found exactly that, embracing Spectrum’s commitment to relational care and compassionate professionalism. Drawing from her prior experience in medical offices, Allie values how deeply humanity and kindness are woven into the team’s daily interactions.

As a developing professional, Allie was intrigued and encouraged from her first interview. She had rarely seen professionals in healthcare lead with their humanity or observe the culture and environment align with what was described.

From her role at the front desk, Allie witnesses small but powerful moments where caring providers and the right support make healing possible. She believes true healing often begins with feeling and releasing pain before making the brave choice to change.

Allie practices mindful awareness as an integral part of her mental health. She seeks out small moments of peace in personal rituals of nurturing her body and spirit.

“My kaleidoscope wouldn’t just have colors and geometric shapes. I would see tones of deep greens, plums, browns, and turquoise. I would see the phases of the moon and the stars in this dimension and the next. Those things remind me of being enveloped in rich textures and emotion, natural intrinsic beauty, and love in all its many facets.”
