Dealing with insurance can be stressful, so we aim to minimize those hassles at our practice. We provide a courtesy benefit check prior to your first appointment and communicate if your deductible applies so you aren’t surprised by large bills. Please check below to see if we’re in-network with your plan - and feel free to call us if you have any questions!

Any pending claims in process or a plan reset date passing could adjust these numbers. We highly encourage you to call the member phone number on the back of your insurance card to directly ask them about coverage and benefits.

Medicaid, Molina, Apple Health, Oregon Health Plan, DMAP, or their associated plans
