Situations & Conditions
We Are Equipped to Help With:
Our focused services are well-suited for children and youth ages 6-17, and adults (18+) who may be experiencing:
Depression: Sadness, lack of enjoyment, or persistent low mood, whether it’s chronic, short-term, or intermittent.
Anxiety: Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, worry, or a tendency toward nervousness.
Stress: Overwhelm related to work, school, relationships, or life in general, including persistent worries or racing thoughts.
Neurodiversity and Trauma-Related Executive Dysfunction:
Suspected or confirmed neurodivergence (e.g., ASD Level 1, giftedness, or 2e).
Highly sensitive individuals or those seeking skills for better adulting.
Mood Disorders: Including Bipolar II or other mood fluctuations causing distress or challenges.
Personality Disorders: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Schizophrenia, Psychosis, and Bipolar I: For individuals with stability and appropriate support systems.
Situations & Conditions
That Require Different Support:
Some situations require a higher level of care or services beyond the scope of this practice. These usually include:
✗ Individuals not seeking treatment voluntarily.
✗ The need for injectable or high-risk medications. (Case by case)
✗ Poorly controlled or unstable psychosis or mania.
✗ Safety concerns, such as active plans to harm oneself or others.
✗ Severe postpartum depression involving thoughts of harm to self or baby (specialized care is recommended).
✗ Severe eating disorders or those in unsafe or abusive situations.
✗ Substance use disorders without treatment, recovery efforts, or harm reduction practices.
✗ Disability or work paperwork that requires a long-term treating provider. (Case by case)
✗ Court-ordered psychiatric assessments or treatment (best suited to forensic specialists).
✗ Crisis services or those needing immediate response to high risk concerns. We cannot ensure the standard of care these situations require and strongly recommend seeking providers that match your specific needs. When possible, we are happy to provide referrals to local resources.

In unsafe situations, we fully support our staff in taking necessary steps to ensure the safety of themselves, patients, or the workplace, including contacting emergency services if required. Mistreatment or aggressive behavior toward ANY staff member will result in being discharged from services.
